Most recently Phil led the got milk?  campaign which drove 3% of total milk volume and continues to help stem category decline.  He worked to develop a new way to increase sales by bringing milk to 38 million food insecure individuals via the Feeding America Great American Milk Drive.  This effort has generated over 14 million servings of milk since inception.  

Phil has deep Beverage Category experience including Spirits, Beer and CSD’s, crafting channel and shopper programs for both On and Off Premise markets.  Phil is a Shopper Expert and has won over 40 Beverage Dynamic awards for Displays, Merchandising and POS. He managed the Chocolate and Seasonal business for M&M Mars. He led the development of Snickers, Twix, Skittles, and Starburst brand national promotions, including a national NFL tie-in with Snickers Hungriest Player.
