Cluttered categories can be difficult to break into and make an impact but Kentucky born, whiskey aficionados Paul and Wendy Tuell from Ballotin continue to produce unavoidably delicious flavored whiskies that chefs and bartenders are swooning for. Keeping up with demand is pushing this new brand into the spotlight as it continues to be inventive with holding to its testament of quality, making our job of connecting with consumers easy and enjoyable! The hardest part is choosing a favorite - chocolate cherry cream, caramel turtle, bourbon ball, original chocolate or mocha cream?!

Serving over 90,000 city residents each summer, the Berteau Group is proud to partner with the Chicago Park District & Chicago Parks Foundation to produce the Sailing + STEM Endeavour Program in Monroe Harbor. With the support of donations to the Chicago Parks Foundation, scholarships afford Chicago middle schoolers the opportunity to test their interest in STEM through the sport of sailing.

Renowned mixologist Charles Joly raised the cocktail to an art form – and raised the bar for the ready-to-drink category. The consumer marketing partnership includes national rollout and ongoing customer engagement program, along with deep dives in market research, sampling and events. The line of remarkable craft cocktails continue to grow and earn industry accolades and awards.

America's cup world series chicago

The Berteau Group was proud to play a vital role in a world-class sporting event. As sailing fans from around the globe took to Chicago’s lakefront – hitting record highs for tourism in the Windy City - we were honored to serve as the event, program and marketing advisors. We also worked side-by-side with Navy Pier to develop and manage events, community relationships, and sustainability programs. The result: the single largest reach in the history of Navy Pier.


Our/Vodka - Our/Detroit

The first micro-distillery in the United States, Our/Detroit teamed up with Berteau Group to execute the market launch of this premium vodka in the Windy City. We are sharing the taste of Our/Detroit with Chicago in retail, at special events and developing creative and supporting sales as the distributor liaison with our field team specialists.

America’s cup chicago Endeavour program

For America Cup sailors, it’s all about challenging themselves to reach the highest levels of performance. The same can be said about Chicago students in 4th through 8th grade who are able to get hands-on experience in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) by way of the exciting sport of sailing. With our expertise in launch, brand development, program design and curriculum, we have helped Endeavor Chicago reach over 1,000 underserved youth who otherwise may never have had the chance to experience the combination of STEM and sailing on one of the largest fresh bodies of water in the world.

CHICAGO YACHT CLUB RACE TO MACKINAC

Founder Sarah Renz is often on the water, or sharing her contagious love for the sport with sponsors and friends. In its 112 year history, she is the first woman to serve a two-year term as Chair of the Race. She gracefully harnessed tragedy and national media exposure for the platform to promote safety awareness and training — all while maintaining the trust of record sponsor engagement.
